How to Order

Just so you know...

Nith Ridge Angus raises only grass-fed beef from start to finish - period.

​

We naturally breed our own cows and heifers.

We raise all of our cattle on grasses in pastures and with quality hay.

 

We do not  add hormones to control metabolism, breeding etc.

We do not use antibiotics unless prescribed by our vet for health.

​

​

That's what we mean when we say Naturally Fed - Naturally Bred.

​

Our beef is dry aged 21 days and custom cut by our local abattoir.

 

Choose your own Butcher's Blend Size below.

Each Butcher's Blend Selection of beef contains approximately:

Steaks (25-35% by weight)

Roasts (25-35% by weight)

Ground Beef in one approximate pound packages (40-50% by weight)
